Vulcanization
Nearly all commercially available elastomer qualities are hot vulcanizable.
Hot vulcanized toroidal rings are produced by using a special section method with exposure to high temperatures and pressure.
Due to the very high temperatures and the influence of pressure formed during the vulcanization, a connection process occurs.
Each material is handled with a specially own developed compound mixture.
This vulcanization compound is characterized by identical resistance factors such as the base material. The development of mixtures in coordination with the appropriate material allows highest standards of chemical and thermal stabilities.
